What's the difference between donors and contacts?
Donors are always unlimited, on every plan. Contacts are the other people in your CRM, like newsletter subscribers, event guests and prospects. Each plan includes a set number of them.
How much do I save by paying annually?
Paying annually saves 10% compared to paying month to month on every plan.
What is GiveKit Email?
An optional add-on for $10/month on any plan that lets you design and send email newsletters and campaigns to your contacts from GiveKit.
What are the transaction fees?
3.9% + $0.30 per card payment and 1.8%, capped at $10 per ACH bank transfer, the same on every plan. In practice your organization rarely pays them: 98% of donors choose to cover the fee on their gift, and ticket buyers cover the fee on tickets.
How do payments and payouts work?
Card and ACH payments are processed securely and deposited directly into your organization's own account.
Can donors cover the fees?
Yes. Donors are offered the choice at checkout, and 98% of them cover the fee so their full gift goes to your mission. For ticket sales, the buyer covers the fee.
